Welcome to RepBro. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using RepBro, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

RepBro is an AI gym coaching app for iOS that helps users build a personalized training program and lift more effectively. The app offers:

  • Personalized workout plan generation
  • Set, rep, weight, and RPE logging with rest timer
  • Exercise library with form videos and step-by-step cues
  • Replace-exercise suggestions filtered by equipment and injuries
  • Progress tracking — PRs, volume, body weight, measurements
  • AI gym coach chat for plan, form, and programming questions

Important Medical Disclaimer

RepBro provides general fitness guidance and is NOT a medical device. It does NOT diagnose, treat, or prevent any injury or health condition. Our recommendations are not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have an existing injury, chronic pain, or other health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional or coach before starting any new training program.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use RepBro. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Account

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information
  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized use

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Free trial: Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. After the trial, continued access to your personalized plan, full history, and AI coaching requires an active subscription.

Available plans:

  • Monthly Subscription: Automatic monthly billing
  • Annual Subscription: Automatic annual billing with a 7-day free trial

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID account settings.

Cancellation policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to hack or compromise the app's security
  • Share your account with third parties
  • Reverse-engineer the app
  • Use the app in a way that could damage or overload our servers

7. Intellectual Property

All content in RepBro, including design, graphics, text, and code, is our exclusive property and is protected by copyright law.

8. Limitation of Liability

RepBro is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that:

  • The app will function without interruptions
  • You will achieve your fitness or strength goals
  • Insights or correlations will be accurate or reliable

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the app. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without prior notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of São Paulo, Brazil.
